Sticking around or just looking for a good deal? Come browse everything outdoors from your neighbors who are leaving town.
Need another reason to come? We’ll have 15% off of almost everything in our shop during the event (excludes bikes, skis, snowboards)
Selling FAQ
-
Outdoor gear and apparel only. Skis, bikes, climbing, camping, etc. We don’t want to see your couches or kitchen aids!
-
Nope! This is a free swap. The only exception is if you plan on dropping off gear, rather than sticking around to sell it yourself. (read the next FAQ for details)
-
We recommend sticking around. This will give you more flexibility to adjust pricing and work with buyers.
If you’d like to leave your gear and go, we can sell it for you! You’ll be responsible for tagging your items (supplies provided), and there will be a 20% consignment fee.
For stuff you leave with us — we’ll do our best to monitor tables, but cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
-
This event is for individuals only, no professional sellers without prior authorization.
-
If you have some leftover gear that we think the Pando community would love, we’ll invite you to leave it at Pando Refitters for consignment, OR on select items we can provide a cash offer for your gear.
For everything else, you’re responsible for collecting and taking any items that don’t sell.
Buying FAQ
-
This is a cash and Venmo event. Individual sellers may accept different forms of payment, but we recommend coming with those two just to be safe.
-
This is a free community swap, and Pando’s usual used gear return policy does not apply. Everything at the event is final sale. We recommend inspecting items carefully before buying.
FREE Upcycle FAQ
-
Just want to share? You can leave your items at the free upcycle tables for others to rummage through and take.
-
Outdoor gear and apparel, and other SMALL items (no couches or appliances).
-
We do not have the capacity to donate or dispose everyone’s unclaimed gear. By leaving items at the upcycle tables, you agree to pick up any unclaimed items at 11am.
